I am a Roofing Contractor and occasionally need a crane service to lift Heavy HVAC Units on or off and or Pallets of materials onto high roofs of commercial buildings. The owner, Chris, is just about a life saver. The spa company had arranged for a crane to lift our swim spa and the night before, at 5:20 p.m. on Monday the week of Thanksgiving, and I was in a panic. I called Get Hooked, and Chris moved mountains for us and our swim spa the very next day with no notice. And he was kind enough to give us a break on the cost because we needed such a large crane and were not anticipating the cost to rise so much from what we had already budgeted. Can't thank him enough. He's awesome, and Tyler the crane operator was very nice and professional. Overall a really great experience, and I am grateful!

Had a great experience with Get Hooked Crane Service today. Tyler was there on time and removed three 300-lb "chimney-style" trash containers from the property as agreed. We even had a bit of a complication with topography and foliage, and Tyler handled it like a champ. All that, and by the way, their quote was the cheapest of the three I got!
